Waldemar J. Cabrera has been in the mortgage industry since 2002 including former positions with a prominent bank and lender. Waldemar has extensive knowledge regarding a wide array of loan products and is dedicated to helping his clients achieve home ownership. Waldemar prides himself on being a ‘problem solver’ and his determination has been an asset to many clients who have had obstacles securing loans elsewhere. Although he has called Central Florida home since the early 1990’s, Waldemar is originally from Puerto Rico. He is proud to be one of the few fully bilingual and bicultural loan officers in North Central Florida.
