Drawing upon a rich family legacy within the mortgage industry, Jim Malamut learned the intricacies of the business under the mentorship of his father, Bill Malamut. Graduating from Rutgers University Business School, Jim quickly established himself, leading their team to become the top FHA lender in Atlantic County. Following his father’s passing, Jim took the reins as Branch Manager, steering the branch towards unprecedented growth alongside his brother, Greg Malamut. Their unwavering dedication to seamless transactions and client satisfaction underscores the team’s ethos of integrity and efficiency.
Greg Malamut, a seasoned professional with a background in High Net Worth Lending at UBS, returned to South Jersey with a mission to uphold his family’s tradition of aiding clients in achieving homeownership. Teaming up with his brother Jim, they operate the Malamut Mortgage Team which is renowned for providing top-notch customer service and expert guidance throughout the loan process. Greg’s blend of Wall Street experience and dedication to simplifying the mortgage journey for clients brings a unique perspective to the team’s success.
Jim & Greg are both rooted in Linwood, NJ. They eagerly anticipate passing on their wealth of mortgage knowledge to the next generation.
