Doug has been providing personal guidance in the Financing and Mortgage Banking profession since 1984. He is knowledgeable and proficient at straightforward, informative communication when speaking with all of his Realtor partners and with each individual borrower he helps. With a background in Financial Planning, Real Estate, and Education, Doug takes a very personal approach when LISTENING to his client’s needs in order to provide answers for them to choose the best possible mortgage option appropriate for their plans and life goals.

Doug is also an accomplished guitarist and musician, performing on concert stages with many National Recording Artists as well as live TV Broadcasts here in our hometown of Pittsburgh PA. He’s also actively involved in his community as a 15-year Board Member of The United Way of Lawrence County, Director of Strategic Communication & Event Programs for The Getting’s Leadership Foundation for Veterans and Citizens, and a Liturgical Guitarist in the Pittsburgh Diocese for Lawrence County’s Holy Spirit Parish in New Castle, PA.

Today, Doug resides in New Castle PA with his wife, Maria, of 40 years. 2 sons, a wonderful daughter in law, and 2 beautiful granddaughters to complete their family.
