Chris has been in the Mortgage Industry for more than 25 years and has experience as an originator, title agent, internal wholesale operations, regional sales manager, and an account executive. With his extensive background, he proactively leads clients through the mortgage process by understanding & articulating every possible roadblock that they could run into. Chris believes in the importance of setting clients’ expectations as early as possible so there are no surprises when customers are set to close. His top priority is to close on time, every time. Chris loves to build new relationships every day and looks forward to helping borrowers and his real estate partners navigate the complex lending environment by making every transaction as pain free as possible.
Chris has lived in the Pittsburgh area since he was 7 years old. His family is the most important thing to him and includes his wife Tabaitha and 3 sons, Skylar, Christian, and Kamden. Skylar is also a team member at Holland Mortgage Advisors. Christian is attending Bowling Green State University and studying computer science, and Kamden is a Junior at Pine Richland High School.
