Whether it’s a first-time home purchase, a refinance, remodel, investment property or second home, she educates her clients so they feel knowledgeable and assured in the sometimes intimidating space of mortgage lending. She believes that transparency and education are paramount in providing her clients with a superior experience every time. In addition, Denise goes above and beyond to assist Realtors in helping their clients win bids in the often competitive Texas housing market.
Denise also makes a point of keeping up with the latest financial and industry trends, state and federal regulatory requirements, and the mortgage-backed securities market so she can serve as an informed advocate for her clients and as well as her team.
